Dr. Muhannad Adnan Oukal, born on January 1, 1983, in Damascus, Syria, is the Founder and Chairman of the ALTANMYA Group. This group comprises ALTANMYA - Education & Development, ALTANMYA - Consulting & Development, ALTANMYA - Technology Solutions, and Smart Business Solutions - SBS.

As a member of multiple professional organizations, Dr. Muhannad has affiliations with the American Institute of Financial Consultants, the Institute of Strategic Planning at the American University of Technology, the International Institute of Business Analysis in the United States of America, and is a Supporting Member of the Association of Syrian Certified Accountants.
